What I do: I tirelessly strive to change the way organizations work. As an Office 365 Customer Success Manager for Microsoft, I help organizations transform the way they communicate and collaborate with one another. Whether its change management strategies, developing business use cases, or running training sessions, I will do whatever it takes to make an organization become more responsive.
Why I do it: There is a shift happening in the workplace. With the advent of a new generation joining the workforce, the emergence of new tools helping improve productivity, and the dizzying rate that things need to get done. Businesses are finding that they need to adapt and innovate or be left behind. I am driven by the desire to make organizations better than they were yesterday.
