Just another WordPress siteTrip Packing….
Posted on May 22, 2010I loathe packing for trips. No matter how much I prep by writing down everything I need and laying my stuff out to make sure I’ve got it all. I always seem to manage to forget something. This time around I forgot my ENTIRE toiletry bag with my toothbrush, deoderant, yep, even my glasses were inside. Don’t ask how I did this I don’t even know.
I just know that I was sitting on the bus, and as the bus was pulling out, realized my gaffe and just kicked myself for forgetting it. How come it’s always like that. You only seem to remember after the fact and not as I’m walking out the door or putting things away.
Nope.
I remember as I’m about to embark on a ten day trip, spanning New York to Montreal to Boston to the Cape. Luckily I’m resourceful and have awesome friends. One of my buddies from NYC is actually in DC for the weekend and is going to bring it up on Sunday.
Awesome, what a start to the trip.
First blog post (in a long time)
Posted on May 20, 2010It’s been a long time since I’ve actually blogged. Actually, this site has been down for a while. I’ve been meaning to get back into blogging, so I’ve moved to a new host. (BlueHost.com shout out!)
It’s going to take me a bit to get used to everything and figure out what layout I want to use. The next couple of days will be me toying around with it and try new things. This post is actually being written via the WordPress app on my Droid Incredible.
All in all, I’m just glad that I finally I have an outlet again.
